This JUST happened to my potatoes… They were beautiful… Now I just want to cry

      The two smaller containers WERE my lettuce and spinach… And to the left (not really in the photo) was my Zucchini… I am trying to be optimistic and hope it comes back. The Potatoes, were at least close to being able to be harvested.

    Aw, so sorry 😦 With a good root system they might come back. Is hail in July unusual there?

      Not unusual… But wasn’t expecting this much and so large. I should have run out to cover everything but it was too painful and too late by the time I realized the storm was here
      We’ve just been hit with horrible weather this year

    My beans and peas were flattened earlier this year. They have come back. Grandma gave me a lily that got it good though…

      The lily she gave me this spring Didn’t take the heat wave we had on Tuesday very well, But It was protected by the house from the hail.
