Today we are back at the wild yeast cultivating… Here is what the starter looks like today:
Just do the same as yesterday… Mix it all together again, then remove half.
Mix in half a cup warm water and half a cup of the bread flour and whisk together until there are no more lumps or bumps or clumps.
Then cover and put it back where if was until tomorrow when we will do the same thing all over again.
