I was really starting to think that my pumpkin seeds were not viable anymore. I sowed them on April 26th, and they just sprouted yesterday (May 9)… Two weeks, when I was expecting it to only take one. But they finally showed up!

Hopefully my timing is just right, and they can get a little growth, and then go out into the ground in the first week of June. As long as Mother Nature is done pelting us with snow by then.

Now, to start collecting a lot of compost to get their future home all cozy and nutritious for them.
